Demo build: Seiyr is currently in development. Matches, payments, and accounts are simulated. This document describes the policies that will apply when the live product launches.

Seiyr is a skill-based game and we take responsible play seriously. Playing should be fun. If it stops being fun, please reach out — to us or to one of the independent support organisations below.

Our commitment

Seiyr requires players to be 18 or older, and we verify this before allowing withdrawals.
We provide deposit limits, wagering requirements, and account freeze tools to help you stay in control.
We train our team to recognise signs of problem play and to respond with care.
We never market paid arenas to players who have self-excluded or frozen their accounts.

Setting limits

You can set a daily deposit limit in your Wallet settings. Once set, the limit takes effect immediately and can only be reduced (not increased) within a 24-hour cooling-off period.
If you want to take a break, contact support@seiyr.app to have your account frozen. Frozen accounts cannot join paid arenas or make deposits.
A self-exclusion can be applied for a fixed period (30, 60, or 90 days) or indefinitely. To lift an indefinite self-exclusion, you must contact us after a minimum 6-month period and pass a responsible gaming review.

Signs of problem play

Spending more than you can afford to lose.
Chasing losses by making larger or more frequent deposits.
Borrowing money or selling assets to fund play.
Neglecting responsibilities, relationships, or health because of play.
Feeling anxious, irritable, or secretive about your activity.

Protecting children

Seiyr is strictly 18+. If you share a device with minors, please use your device's parental controls to prevent access.
If you believe a minor has accessed the platform, contact us immediately at support@seiyr.app.
We use age verification checks as part of our KYC process.

Reality check

Seiyr is a skill-based game. Better football knowledge gives you an edge, but outcomes also depend on real match events. Even skilled players will have losing sessions.
Only play with money you can afford to lose. Never use essential funds — rent, food, bills — for entry fees.
Winning is not guaranteed. Past performance in arenas does not predict future results.
