Terms of Service

Demo build: Seiyr is currently in development. Matches, payments, and accounts are simulated. This document describes the policies that will apply when the live product launches.

By creating an account and using Seiyr, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Who we are

Seiyr is a skill-based football picks game operated by Seiyr Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. References to "Seiyr", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms mean Seiyr Ltd.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in paid arenas.
You must be located in a jurisdiction where skill-based football picks games are permitted.
You may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and will result in permanent bans.
We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time.

Seiyr Coins

Seiyr Coins are in-app credits used for entry fees, stakes, and prizes. They are not money and have no cash value except as described in the Withdrawals section.
Coins purchased with real money are non-refundable except where required by law.
Coins won in paid arenas (winnings) are withdrawable subject to the conditions below.
Creator Credits are promotional coins earned by hosting paid arenas. They cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Entry fees and prizes

Entry fees are charged in Seiyr Coins at the time you join a paid arena.
Prize pools are formed from collected entry fees, less any applicable platform commission.
Prizes are awarded to top performers as defined by each arena's rules and distributed to their Seiyr wallet.
We reserve the right to withhold prizes where we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, or breach of these terms.

Withdrawals

Only winnings (coins won in paid arenas) are eligible for withdrawal. Purchased coins cannot be directly cashed out.
A completed identity and age verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal.
Withdrawals are paid only to a verified payment method in your name (closed-loop policy). We do not send funds to third parties.
We apply a wagering requirement: you must have played through a minimum amount relative to deposits before withdrawing. This is an AML safeguard.
We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals pending further verification.

Prohibited conduct

Collusion: coordinating picks with other players to manipulate results.
Chip dumping: deliberately losing duels to transfer value to another account.
Multi-accounting: operating more than one account.
Automated play: using bots, scripts, or automated tools.
Fraud: using stolen payment methods or providing false identity information.
Abuse: harassment, hate speech, or threats toward other players.
Breaches may result in suspension, permanent banning, and recovery of any fraudulently obtained funds.

Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and software on Seiyr are owned by Seiyr Ltd or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
You grant us a licence to display the content you submit (username, profile, chat messages) on the platform.

Limitation of liability

Seiyr is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the value of coins in your wallet at the time of the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by our negligence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
Continued use of Seiyr after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
